Uni‑Admin Onboarding
As a University Admin, I log in with my Verifiable Credential, land on my default project, and see my existing templates and verification points.
Template Creation
As a Uni‑Admin, I create a “University ID” template, define name, logo, color, and unlimited fields. I preview changes in real time and save once validated.
Individual & Bulk Issuance
As a Uni‑Admin, I issue a single invitation by filling a form and sending a QR link. Then I upload a CSV to issue 1,000 student credentials in one batch, with error logs.
Verification Point Generation
As a Uni‑Admin, I generate a “Campus Portal Access” verifier, select the credential type, optionally set a webhook, and receive an HTML snippet and public URL to embed.

What is a Verifiable Credential (VC)?
A VC is a tamper-proof, digital version of something like a diploma, transcript, or proof of enrollment. It’s digitally signed by your university, so if anyone changes even a character, the check fails. Verifiers don’t rely on “official-looking” PDFs—they open your official verification page and get a clear result (Valid / Revoked / Unknown issuer).
How do I issue thousands of credentials at once?
Use Mass Issuance in the portal: pick a credential template, upload a .CSV with your cohort, preview, and click Emitir Credenciales. It’s built for large intakes and reduces manual entry risk; for one-offs, use Individual Issuance. Many teams pair this with a two-person approval policy for extra oversight.
Can I revoke a credential if needed?
Yes. Admins can revoke and re-issue credentials, and your public verifier page will immediately reflect the latest truth. The older links will show the updated status, so third parties don’t rely on outdated documents. The admin area logs issuance and revocation activity, and supports clear status tracking (Enviada, Activa, Revocado) with a reason for the change.
